Modern chefs can truly perform magic in the kitchen. This was taken at an exceptional meal at The Inn at Langley on Whidbey Island, WA. At this particular moment, I believe that they were using liquid nitrogen to rapidly freeze a component of one of the dessert courses.

While waiting for a tour at Melk Abbey in Germany, I saw this robed gentleman rapidly striding across the courtyard and barely had time to take one snapshot. During the tour, I found out that he was the current abbot!
